kindness saves lives so it’s time to pledge to be kind.
pledge to walk for a kinder world
Across the globe we are witnessing an ever-increasing amount of anxiety, bullying, depression, helplessness and dysregulation.
Suicide is the leading cause of death among our Australian youth.
1 in 7 primary school students has a mental health issue.
1 in 6 high school students report serious thoughts of suicide.
However, kindness saves lives so it’s time to pledge to be kind.
Help us spread kindness and put an end to bullying, loneliness, mental health issues and suicide with the annual “walk for a kinder world” event on World Kindness Day, or a day that suits you.
Your walk could be a walk down your garden path, a walk around the playground, a hike through the bush, a stroll through the city or a run along the beach. You could get family and friends to join you or set up a team in your workplace.
Make a difference at home, in your workplace or at school by simply making a $10 pledge to be kind and taking a walk. Your pledge can be made on the b kinder foundation’s walk for a kinder world platform.
Pledge to take action, come together with others and take a stand to make the world a kinder place.
Your $10 donation will spread kindness by providing a primary school student with their own b kinder workbook, a unique and interactive learning tool which initiates discussions surrounding emotions that can be difficult for the young to communicate. This highly effective kindness resource has been shown to reduce mental health issues, bullying and suicide.
Everybody can take a stand and make a difference just by being kind.

about our kindness pledge/walk
Across the globe we are witnessing an ever-increasing amount of anxiety, bullying, depression, helplessness and dysregulation. Everyone today is inundated with these topics and there is a glaring absence of positive messages. Reports of increased anxiety and mental health disorders abound in the media and there are concerns of social fragmentation and loss of community. Join the growing communities wanting to change the negative to positive and pledge to be kind. The world could certainly use a little more kindness.
Simply pledge $10 to participate and make a difference to your community. All donations over $2 are tax deductible.
